I have waited about 2 weeks for the admin of the dstar system NV4FM to approve my registration.  Angry I know they are all volunteers but come on. Two weeks? I even tried emailing them at their email address on their web page. Guess what, no such email address exists. Are there any admins here that will approve my registration for me. Ill sign up again on your repeater.

Why are you attempting to register on a system in Virginia?  QRZ shows you as living in Conroe, Tx.

By a "Gentleman's Agreement", the administrators have agreed not to register users who are not local.  We really want you to support your local group, who own the repeater you'll be using most often.

If you're really in Virginia, I'll be happy to help you get in touch with the appropriate administrator.  Feel free to contact me directly via my call at K5TIT.Org.
