Settings for 880H

I have my radio programmed for my local D-star as follows:

UR: CQCQCQ

RPT1: W8HHF  B

RPT2: W8HHF  G

MY: KD8BIN


I have been trying to link to Reflectors....I cannot seem to get any radio traffic.

I put, as an example, REF001CL in my UR field...when I transmit I can get a "link established" announcement, but I hear nothing....

Tonight though, the system would not link to this reflector.

Any ideas why I cannot hear anything?
