DV repeaters + DV simplex scan

I have programmed some of the nearby D-STAR repeaters into my repeater list on my IC-80AD. The closest D-STAR repeater to me is over 50 air miles.  My plan is that I use the DR mode of my 80AD and scan those repeaters while watching TV in the evenings (I will not be using the handheld antenna).  I am hoping that a 2 meter band opening will occur.  My problem is that I want to include 145.67 D-STAR simplex while scanning the repeaters.  I do not know how to put a D-STAR simplex frequency in the DR list.  Does anyone know how to program a scan for about 4 D-STAR repeaters and 1 D-STAR simplex?
