analog linear amplifier with DStar ?
« on: October 31, 2009, 11:50:05 AM »
I have an Icom IC-91AD and am wondering if I can use this to drive a regular analog VHF linear amplifier to reach a DStar repeater? Will this work if I'm in DV mode, or only for standard FM signal ?

Yes it will work.  I use a Mirage B-2518-G on vhf and it works great.

I also have used the BD-35 with IC-91AD.
