Importing data with RS-91 Software

I created an .icf file for a friend using the RS-91 software and would like to transfer the contents of that file into his 91AD. However there is no obvious way to do that that I can see and I have searched online without finding any instruction whatsoever.

When the radio is plugged in, the software "reads" the radio and displays it's contents on screen. What I want to do is basically override this info with my new file. (not clone one radio to another). 

Surely there is a simple way to do that. Can someone please let me know how.
