User / setup guides for ID-800H?

I have an ID-800H that I programmed with my CS-D800 v2.0 about 3 years ago, but haven't used in a long time.  Are there any 'user friendly' guides available for the radio or programming software other than the ICOM manual that will help me make the programming and operating changes?
