no trafic for port 20005 TCP

Hello all.
I'm a sysop of IR0UP in Perugia central Italy.
in Gw Information I didn't see the nodes.
The ISP certify that 20005 TCP is open?
By my side  all ok for all ports.
Any mystake ?
Please help me?

Your gateway is not connected to the Trust Server.

Please ensure that your Trust_Server parameter is set to USRoot.DStarUsers.Org.
