MY Callsign 2 - Informations

Hi everybody !

I'm actually working on OUFTI-1: a nano-satellite which will be a D-STAR repeater for radioamateurs: oufti.ulg.ac.be
My question is about the My Callsign 2:
- Is it only to place some comments or is there any (legal or else) obligation in the D-STAR protocol about the filling of this field ?
