registration process

I very recently purchased an Icom 880 and attempted to register, I believe, on the Lake Hopatcong, NJ site (https://nj2mc.dyndns.org/Dstar.do).  It has been over a week and have heard nothing, and I cannot bring up the website.  Do I continue to wait or do I try to register on another site?  At this point, I can't even say for sure that that was the website on which I attempted to register.

Thanks for the suggestion, but at this time neither the url I gave nor the url you gave comes up. Any other suggestions?
