HELP NEEDED .ICF FILE ICOM ID-880H

Hello everyone.  I am new to d-star.  I have programmed my ICOM ID-880H radio using the icom software but I can not access any repeaters.  I know I am missing something.  Please send me a working .icf file from a US based ham hopefully in the 3 or 4 call area so I can see what I am missing. I assume you have registered with your local d-star repeater website?

I tried to attach an icf file, but the forum told me it was too large.
