ic-2820H rptr 2 ?

Hi, i have 2 X  ic-2820H, (one in my car and the other one in the shack)
my problem is when i program my rptr 2 at ve2rmf  G  (local rptr in Quebec city) ,i loose all of my programation. as soon i change memory or turn the rig off and turn it on again, i lost my rptr 2 and it shoes only rptr  C 
is there something wrong with my 2 rigs. ?
