Any repeater admins that can register me?

I am located in Southern Maryland but there isn't any local repeaters around here that I can register too.  I've emailed a couple that I've found listed online but haven't heard anything back on if they can register me.

Can someone refer me to a repeater that is responsive that I can register with ASAP?  I am headed to Myrtle Beach, SC this week where they have some D-Star repeaters and would love to be able to use them there while there.

I am also looking at setting up my own local D-Star roll your own repeater with the local club, so we'll see if I can bring D-Star to the local area.
