User update mycall

I am working my way up to "new" with D-Star and DV Dongle...  It seems all is well, with one exception.  At the bottom, left of the DV Tool screen it says "User update mycall (w8shi s) rptr (w8shi s)".  What, exactly, does that mean?  What steps do I take?

Also, in researching DV Dongle on the Internet, I've seen screen shots of DV Tool (ARRL web page) that look like they have way more functionality than mine.  I can't seem to find any updates.  I have firmware version 1.11.
